Conditions

• To attend a Peter Bourne course or workshop you must be aged 18 years or older.
• If you need to cancel your attendance at a course or workshop within 5 working days of the start the fees are non-refundable.  We will attempt to fill the place, in which case you will receive a refund, but if we can’t you must bear the cost.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
• Gift Voucher recipients should confirm their attendance at their chosen course/workshop at least 4 weeks prior.  If not, we regret that we cannot guarantee a place will be available.
• Places at courses and workshops are only confirmed on receipt of payment.  Payment must be made in advance.
• Payment can be made by direct debit to WBC BSB: 032-000, Account 18-0503, or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), or by cash paid in advance.
• The Booking Form/Tax Invoice is your receipt on payment in full.
• If you are unable to attend your chosen course/workshop you can transfer to another course/workshop without penalty unless you transfer within 10 working days of the course in which case a $20 fee per person is payable.   A total of 2 transfers to other courses/workshop waitlists are allowed, after that the booking lapses and the fee is non-refundable.
